Sir my grandfather were four brothers so one of the brother has given his share to another without cosulting to remaining 2 brothers so sir can he do that knowing that this property was of my grandfathers daddy

yes, any co-owner can release his share in favor of another co sharer and he is not at all required to consult any of his other co-sharer
