i got a property from my mother as gift deed along with my 4 minor sons & daughter. now i had lost my deed by whioch i got the property,my mother is alive now please sugest how to proceed with to create a document.

you can get a non cognizable report lodged with the nearest police station and apply for the certified copies of deed. that is sufficient.

If the property has been transferred in your name based upon that gift deed, you may not require the document any more; otherwise you may get a fresh document executed.
