property ownership.

i have bought a home. took the loan from bank for 20 years.so bank and the builder has made me the sle owner of the house. i want my father to be the co-owner with me of this house. plz advise.

you can do that by simply moving an application to the bank who extended the load to you.

Good Afternoon!

You have to contact the Bank Loan Dispersment Officer or the department and file an application which states your willingness to enter the name of your father as co-owner.

You may approach the Bank and the builder for including your father's name. They may be very happy to include his name as a co-owner.
