Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Property Share

Hai,

Can I legally get my property from my father now before marriage

I am the youngest daughter of five childhren and we have ancestrol property of around 5 grounds in chennai city through our great grandfather. My father is retired engineer and mother is housewife. My elder siblings do not work or earn money. They have spent all my 6 years of IT earning for the home monthly expenses. My Father and Mother always fight for money witho.

The marriages of the other 4 siblings also were not good settlement they verbally abuse us as they work but are from families without property.

I want to marry a person with equal property and education so thay I can lead a respectful life and eventually grow in life.

Now Parents and 4 elder sibling are married and they do not show any support in my career growth or good marriage settlement into a family with equal property and education.

I would like to seperate my property share before a arranged marriage. Is it possibe for me to get the property share from my father legally now.

I am verbally abused by sister-in-laws and financially stressed by my family's financial problems for the past 3 years and now I would like to move out with my property and get married after 2 yrs

Re: Property Share

You may consider filing a civil suit for enforcement of your rights. This may, however, take time; and there does not appear to be any short cut except an amicable out of court family settlement for which you may need to negotiate with your family may be before or after filing of suit. .

Hello.

If you are youngest then what is your age?
