Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Property title
My father has a property (house) on his name. He had built a ground floor building with his income. Now, with the help of my contribution we have built a floor one above. I have a brother who is a major and has not started earning yet. Now I would like to know whether the first floor building alone can be transferred to my name. Also, since the ground floor is built with the income of my parents in case of they not leaving any will, please let me know how the ground floor house alone be shared between me and my brother.
