Re: property transfer in chandigarh
If the owners have died intestate without leaving any legal heirs, the property will belong to the State and shall revert to the Estate Officer, Chandigarh.
Any attempt for creating a will etc. by using the signatures on blank paper may result in your criminal prosecution resulting into a jail term.
You may need to be very careful in handling this situation and should not take any wrong or illegal step which may land you in deep trouble.
