property
i am a widow ,will i or my daughter entitled to get a share from my father in law's property.My husband was the eldest son.

If the property is his self acquired property then he is free to give it as per his wishes and you both donot have any right of any kind in said self acquired property but if the same is ancestral then you have right in said property.

you and your daughter will get a right if teh property is ancestral. but if it is self acquired then he can deal with it in any manner he pleases

yes you will get a right in property including your daughter if it is an ancestral property and in case if it is self acquired then his discretion matters
