Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I want to purchase property from two co owners and both are different HUF's. Please advise what precautions are required including documents to be prepared so that in future there is no difficulty from other coparceners/members of the HUF's regarding challenge of sale by karta of HUF's.

mere co owners of the HUF have no right to sell the property in the absence of consent of karta.
