Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have purchased a car parking in 2008 from the builder and now society is saying that it would go on rotational basis. So, it the car parking not mine. Please explain me the rules of the same. Has the high court passed the judgement or is it still in the discussion stage... how can i tell the builder now... Help

If you have papers of purchase the site then it will be your right. but if there is no other place for other society members then it will be common place and you can sue the builder and recover your money back with interest.
