Dear Kumarasamy,

You have nothing to worry about if you have supporting evidence of payment of the full agreed purchase consideration to the seller; got the land deeds and title pertaining to your Site Nos. 3 & 4 of 11 cents registered in your name, by paying the prevaling Stamp Duty thereon at the District Registrar's Office situated at Chittode, Gangapuram, Perode or Vadakuthaiyurpalayam in Erode where the land is located.

You can mail me for any further on-line advice at [email protected]
