Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I purchased a flat B type in Kendriya Vihar V I P Road Kolkata Central Govt. Employees Welfare Housing Orgn. (CGEWHO ) allotted the flats to each applicants and we took possession in different times , Myself in Oct 1998 CGEWHO transfered flats and land to Kendriya Vihar Co op Housing Society Ltd.(KVCHSL) on 03 12 2001 who transfered the flats by a Deed of conveyance to each members 12 01 2002 .

Sale deed dt 03 12 2001 clearly stated the whole project land has been mutated in favour of CGEWHO and each member has undivided 1/576 share in the land> present KVCHSL Board want to get the 1/576 share mutated in the name of each member Is it legal, possible necessary any example in any CGEWHO projects or any Housing societies Public or private or PPP ?
