Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have purchased flat from builder. my agreement does not contains parking allocation. now i am going to pay parking amount to builder, but he is giving only parking allotment letter on his firm letterhead. is it legal ? or there is any other method ( registration/notary)to make it legal.
what will be the case when i sell my flat in future? how should i transfer my parking to buyer?

the information on letter head is sufficient but see what right he is conveying. he can not sell the parking and can only take maintenance charges. you will not be the owner or parking space.

You can ask the builder to include this parking in the Sale Deed as you have purchased from him and it will be easier for you to sell it too.
