Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i had purchased 6 individual housing plots in 1997. i kept for mortage by giving POA . in 2008 to one of my friends. due to problem in business the money was not utilized and i have not received the money. now my friends missused and they registered in their name all the 6 plots by the POA. i have not given any receipts for the POA. after fighting with them now i dont know what to do.... please advice

You case is a weak one but any how if you have all the original documents and all related papers in your custody then you can issue a legal notice and file a police complaint and get an injunction order in your favour immediately as there is limitation period for every deed to be disputed in law.
