Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
That we have purchased a land over a plot of land and to reach our plot we have to go through a private road constructed by the previous owner. now the question is that previous owner are asking us to pay a huge sum of money to use the road and which is impossible for us . and please show some light on easementary right on right to way and secondly how can we use the road without paying any amount.And how can we can claim our right in legal context,please give law .Please give the answer in details,help me
