I have purchased a property from
A during pending suit against the property. The property was self occupied by A. A has sold the property which is pending suit in civil court claimed by his daughter's right in the property. Can I get right title of the property.

any transfer of property pendente lite is hit by sec. 52 of transfer of property act and such sale can be cancelled.
