If you are enjoying uninterrupted possession of the property by declaring yourself as OWNER for the last more than 12 years, you may file a suit for declaration seeking setting aside of the sale deed made in 2010 by children of the owner. However, you need to be careful about GPA in your favour. You may have better chances if your GPS is for 'consideration'.
