query for disqulification from property and dowry
my age 26 yrs, got married a year ago. mother in law, brother in law and his wife are in my family, they all were against ou marriage, but my father in law was in favour. it was an arranged marriage. after the death of fatherin law all the family started mentally torturing both of us (my husband and me), father in law has made an unregistered will is which he has given a self constructed house to my husband. my mother in law has disqualified my husband from her constructed property legally before the death of fatherinlaw. they want us to leave their house and stay on a rented house. pls tell that how can we get that house in the will,we both are working and can not afford a rented house. pls also tell that i can i do the complaint of dowry against her although my husband is (bedakhal) disqualified by her. pls help as they had made our life miserable. they always keep on fighting with us and my parents. is there any law by which we can get the property in the will in favour of my husband. pls answer soon.

Your husband cannot be removed from the house.
