Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My question is this my father is an employee of Banaras Hindu University.atonomas body of central government.my mother is the legal wife of my father and i m the legal son.but my father kept another mistress and mistress has two sons.and i found in my father service record my self and my mother name is not available.but mistress and her sons name are available.then my mother file a petiation in court and court give order to administration of banaras hindu university to debit Rs 500 from his salary and give the amount to mother.but administration is doing nothing.so plz advice me what can i do with my mother and how can my self and my mother register name in his service record.
