Your question: "Land was purchased in 1984 and registered on my name. I obtained Pahani of 1984-85 in the year 1988 from MRO IE REVENUE Office. In pahani they mentioned Pattadar name ,and nature of land as ENAGADDA PATTA and his holding as Pattadar. In Pahani no where mentioned it is Assigned Land. In these circumstances can we presume it is free land

there is presumption of land being free hold. it has to be specifically declared by the local authorities that the land is free hold.
