Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My question is this i m the legal son of my father and my grand father has alots of property and home.i want share from my father in that property but he told me get out from home and i cant give u anything.but this is my grand father property not my father.Recently i got married.can my self and my wife stay there in my grand fathers land.what can i do because if i approch court it takes time during that time can i stay there in my grand fathers land.

File a suit for your share of ancestral property in the Civil Court immediately to protect your rights.
