Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Question is this i m the legal son of my father.and my grand father has a lots of property.when i want share in my property my father told me i cant give u any thing.can i make complain against my father in police station or i approch to court.what can i do because this is my grand father property.not my father property.

you can file a suit for partition against your father and also seek stay against your father restraining him creating any third party interest in the properties.
