Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Question No.1 :The Below Stay Order is for not to sell the property /Land during the course of the case which is pending in the court which was passed in my favour recently in feb'2011 .
I have taken Stay Order on my Husband's Plot which is actualy one ancestoral property (in a case against my husband on his ancestors Property) ,My Husband has done since 2006 the deal with the Reliance Mobile and has set up the Reliance Tower in a part of this land earlier and the same deal continues till date.
Can I do something about it through court as the plot on which reliance mobile tower is situated comes under the plot on which stay order has been taken by me.
Question No.2 :Sir, I have the court orders in my favour stating that i am his (My husband Dr.Vijay Prakash Sigh who has retired from the Post of Technical Assistant ,BHU in February'2010 ) wife and i am also getting the maintenance of Rs.500 which is granted by the Tinsukia,Assam Court.
Today i have got the information via RTI from BHU that my name and my sons name(Aged about 30Years) has not been entered in his service record with BHU. My husband has given the name of his mistress and her two sons name in his service record which is with BHU.
Sir ,Sorry i am putting you this mail again, I am really in need of help , I have all the documents,like court orders,ration card,voter list,all the identity card of local administration in my favour which are clearly showing that i am his wife. Please suggest what can i do against him as we are on road these days.Please please help sir.

You should file a suit before the court for declaration .
