Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my qus is if after the death of father , my mother is responsible for the property means she s the owner and we are thee siblings ,one is my brother and we are two sisters I m 24 and she is minor then wht will be the share of mine?

All get equally from fathers' property, i.e. 3 children and wife/mother; therefore each get 1/4th share.
