Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we r 3 sisters having 233 sq yard dda house in delhi left by my father and also make a reg. will that all the sister has equal right to use, & construct a house and can not sell without the consent of all the sister. I as a middle one . My yonger sister live & settle in london.I & my elder sister lived in father house. My elder sister who is now plentiff aligate me that i want to sell this house. she register a case in delhi high court & take ex party injuction against property. but her intension is to get her share after selling the house. My centiment and intention are not to sell the house. Can court give us an order to sell the house. as i already told her to get constructed 3 floor and get division without the interfearence of builder. tell me what to do she dont want to construct and want to sell the property.

i need to go through the will left by your father. however, high court would not impose it on you that you need to sell the house as the other sister wants it that way. as the injunction already granted and status quo maintained, you may propose it to your sister that the house be constructed instead of selling the same.
If you dont want to sell the house and the allegation of your elder sister is false then make a statement in the court that you will never sell the house without the consent of all the 3 sisters.This would suffice your immediate problem.
