WHAT IS REASON OF REGISTERED RENT AGREEMENT in delhi

It protects both the parties to the agreement and especially the tenant as the period of tenancy is mentioned in it and if there is no agreement or the agreement is not registered then it is assumed as month to month tenancy.

any tenancy above 11 months needs to be registered. it is advisable to get the same registered.
