Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Recently our society imposed extra maintenance charges specifically for tenants. Owner of the house living there pay Rs 1000 and tenants have to pay Rs 1500. Is there any existing judgement from High Court or Supreme Court which talks about such kind of discrimination against tenants. Also, is it a good case to pull society to court?
