Recovery of debt
I had given 55000rs to a person and made agreement on 100rs stamp that he will give me 1.5% intrest/per month for the period of six month after six month he will give me principle money and interest if failled he give me papers of home as security and give me cheque of 60000 which was bounced how can I recover my debt

You may file a suit for recovery; and also file a criminal complaint for cheque bouncing under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

you can file a case for dishonour of cheque as well as file civil suit for recovery of the amount
