Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
This is with regard to religious public trust registered under BPT act in Gujarat. In the said trust, minimun 3 trustees required as per scheme. Currently 4 trustees are appearing on PTR who are alleged for breach of trust, misconduct and not following objects of the trust. Can we declare them unfit as per section 47(g) and remove them by this act and appoint new trustees with respect to Gujrat. Pls provide any citations also for such cases pertainning to Gujarat region.

Yes ... in keeping with the provisions of Section 47(g) you can remove the trustees for breach of trust and replace them by the appointment of new trustees.
