Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
For registeration of an immovable property i.e industrial gala/godown is the income tax clearnce certificate and no objection certificate from the concerned authorities important?
Can a registration without these documents be called incomplete or illegal registration ? Thank you.

both are different authorities and you may not need permission of IT authorities for the sale unless the property is attached by them.
