Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I registered a trust name of Jeevandhara Childrens welfare foundation and educational charitable trust in 2008 mnow my question is mi need to change my trust name and members . how is this possible?

u can change the name by moving application, if the authorities refuse then u can file civil suit
