Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
registration.
My grandma divided her property and gave it to her two sons. While writing the deed, document writter wrongly mentioned my grandma's fathers name instead of her fathers name he wrongly mentioned her uncles name. Now her uncles son filed a case against my grandma and her two sons,saying that the property is belong to him and we wantedly falsified his fathers name. what should we do in this situation?
