Related to time for producing Documents
HI
i am the respondent of the case and petitioner lost the
case in lower court and applied for high court of karnataka
by challenging the judgment given in the lower court. High
court judge has given 12 weeks of time to petitioner to
produce the documents which supports the petition but
petitioner fails to submit the documents at the given time
so what may be the next procedure regarding this case

You may approach the High Court seeking dismissal of petitioner's petition on the ground of non-compliance of court's previous order.
