With refrence to the subject noted above. In the case service matter, term of resignation has been mentioned in the appointment letter as to what is the period of notice. In the instant case, it appears in the case of resignation, one month notice is required to be given. Since the person has given one month notice and to the fact no informaiton has been received from the employer about the acceptanace of notice, the employee is deemed to be relieved from the service after the period of one month.
