Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
how can this be remedied - a document was executed on 21st Dec 2010 but the notary has attested the same for 31st Jnauray 2011? As informed by you that it will not be cosidered valid.

yes, in case both the dates are mentioned on the document, it may not be valid as the notary has to be done on the same day in the presence of parties.
