Removing a Licensee
We have rented a part of our premises to a company under lease &license aggrement. The proprieter doesnot pay the license fee regularly
and he is guilty of defaulting lease &license fee. Will it be possible to evict him?

Yes you can definately remove him at anytime if he has breached the condition of paying the license fees.
