Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
rent case in chandigarh
I am facing tense situation. The judge seems to be biased and giving very short dates under the influence of another nri party in court in chandigarh. Is it possible to serve ten summons in a week. Also,to submit forensic handwriting report in 3-4 days.Other cases in this court are going in a routine manner.I have tendered my evidence affidavit on record, handwriting report on record etc.The other party has nothing to prove its case.It seems, due to short dates,we can't be cross-examined.We are placing everything on record. What to do now.

Do not worry about the speed. it may be old case; you do not need to presume that the judge is biased. just conduct your case carefully and diligently.
