rent dispute

how signature verification is to be carrired out on a rent receipt given by deceasesd landlord.it is a matter of evidence and the landlord had expired.now the lanlady claims the rent receipt to be forged and fabricated one.actually,now the landlady is claiming monthly rent as 4000/-p.m.,while on the rent receipt given by deceased landlord,it is 1000/-p.m.also,in the previous suit dismissed,the landlord never reacted to this receipt.i am in trouble as i cannot bring the deceased landlord for cross-examination.please cite me some apex court judgements to help me.

if u are in delhi i can tell you some handwriting experts and they can certify in court that whose writing is that one.

You can get the same proved by previous admitted signatures of deceased landlord.In case of need contact with details.professional charges are applicable.
