Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We are going to get a rent home with company lease in Delhi. Woner have convence deed with name of two. One have died. Mutation had been done on anothers name and she gives the tax. Is it sufficient proof for getting lease?

if the mutation is not done in her name, how will she prove the ownership.
