Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am residing in Mumbai. I grandfather had registered a will in Delhi, I dont know when. He died in 2007. Now how can i get a copy of his registed will. Is there a way i can get a copy of his will in Mumbai as per Right to Info?
Whats the procedure for obtaining a copy of his registered will?

yes, you can get the copy of registered will. you cannot get the copy in mumbai under RTI as you need to apply for the certified copy before the sub registrar under whose jurisdiction the will was registered.
