Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

This with respect to bpt act, 1950 section 47(g) applicable for Gujarat State. In the religious trust there are 4 trustees appearing on PTR. all four trustees are committing breach of trust and violating order of Charity Commissioner. As per instrument of trust minimum number of trustee required are 3. Can we file suit under section 47(g) declaring four trustees as unfit and appointing new trustees. Can removal be sought under this section in case of Gujarat. Pls suggest and advise. Also pls suggest citations if any in this regard.
