my self respect is hurt due to a person who insulted me in front of a large gathering ,he insulted me by abusing and shouting me,so i want to file a case of hurting my self esteem and maan haani

No you cannot file any Defamation case or i would say that you can file a Defamation case but surely going to loose it.Dont waste your money ,time and energy.
