Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Respected Sir,
I have given a piece of land to one of my sons and the will has been registered some years ago.Now the said son is not behaving properly with me and I have decided to recast the will and give to another son of mine.
PLEASE INTIMATE ME WHETHER WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE FIRST SON (TO WHOM INITIALLY THE LAND HAS BEEN GIVEN INITIALLY) IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECAST THE WILL.
The matter may be treated as MOST URGENT.
With thanks

Recasting will is called codicil in terms of law. It is permissible at any point of time. If you want you can also revoke your earlier will, and make a new will.
