Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Respected Sir,
I am Jiten Soni from Vadodara, I want to suggestion from you that,
After 7 years of my marriage life My Wife (she) had been falsely filled 498(A)...etc ... on 15th september against me and my family. We got bailed from court on 16th september. My Son is under her premises from last 5 Months. We had submitted Visiting Rights in Family Court before 1 months. In that case when i try to talk to my son and try to meet to his Play Centre then my wife and her father are doing falsely application in local police station. They had falsely submitted 151 section against my younger brother when he went to meet my son.
I am very upset to due to them attitude.
What should i do to prevent all that falsely application?
