A marriage without consent of bride or groom is not legal.
Approaching police does not mean lodging a formal complaint.
Consider approaching a superior police officer like S.P. or Commissioner, who may help you.
In the meanwhile, you may tell these facts to your would be groom, who may consider himself withdrawing from the marriage.
you need to wait for one more year to marry him when he turns 21. however, your parents cannot compel you to marry any other person. you may seek police or courts help.
in police station what u have to complaint is that your parents are forcibly getting u married
