respected sir/madam
There is a property which is
ancestral.my grand parents are no more.my uncles have made a partion deed in jan 2004 with out our knowledge.My mother has been signed as a consenting witness in the deed.can we fight for the share of our property. We r planning to go for court , will we get our share .please suggest regarding this.
