Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Respected sir
We are five children for my father and mother. I have given all earned money to my father and mother last 13 years for my family expenses. Even i am paying to father after my mother's death. My mother brought the above mention jellews and grounds are in my salary only and also my parents asked me to take care all my marriage expanse .Because they said we are able to give the home which we are receding now. So you should take care everything. But now my brother and sisters are asking share in my home.
Asset problem: -
My house is in my mother�s name.
My mother was already gave one ground to my elder brother and done married and also she gave � ground and nearly 40 sovereigns gold jellews to my two elder sisters. And she gave leaving house to my twin brother�s and me as a negotiable settlement. But now my elder brother and sisters are asking share in this leaving home to us after my mother death.
What is the solution for is problem legally and How to solve this problem.
