Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Respondent has signed on the registry of defendant as a witness and now in a
dispute respondent is saying that he was unaware of what was written in that registry so what shall be considered that the respondent was having the knowledge of the registry or not?

No. He was a mere witness to the signature, he need not be aware of contents.
