Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am retired person from Nasik Municipal corporation (NMC). I am drawing pension from it. Can I stand for election of NMC. Or some Law forbids me from standing in election. Do I have to give up my pension for ever to stand for election? Please give me answer. Witch law should I refer for it?
