Rights for father property ??

Dear Sir's,

My two sisters got married one 15 years back and the other 10 years back and we have given a big sum of money as per there willing (dowry) and that was settled happily and went on fine ...and now they did put a case to distribute the remaining dad's property and who have still 2-brothers for marriage.

Requesting you please spend some time to answer this question if this case works out according to my sisters or not.

and also please tell do my sisters have the rights on father property I believe only the brother have the rights ... please correct me !.

Dowry articles or cash do not debar the family members from inheritance. All have rights.

If your father is alive, neither they nor your brothers will have any right in his self-acquired property.

If your father is not alive, they will be entitled to inherit equally with brothers, irrespective of the expense on their marriage.
