all children have equal share in father's property
Re: Rights for father property ??
Dowry articles or cash do not debar the family members from inheritance. All have rights.
Re: Rights for father property ??
If your father is alive, neither they nor your brothers will have any right in his self-acquired property.
If your father is not alive, they will be entitled to inherit equally with brothers, irrespective of the expense on their marriage.
