my name is ritika shah.i have been married a year back and am 6 months pregnant.lately my husband and his entire family started harrasing me mentally for dowry and also abused my parents for these reasons.
now i am not in a position to continue my relationship with him and have thought to file a divorse case against him.and also want to undergo an operation to get rid of my pregancy as i see no future for my kid.will this abortion go against me in court and weaken my case.

Voluntary termination of 6 months pregnancy may not be possible - medically as well as legally.
